We very very rarely have customers request returns and do not offer them because of the nature of our products. If you are truly unhappy with a purchase, we will do our best to make it right. If you purchase a class and have to miss it, a recording will be sent to you in its place. If you sign up for a workshop and can not attend, course materials will be offered and you may be able to attend a future one.
